The design of the rooms was beautiful, exceeded my expectations- room 105 was absolutely huge and the four poster bed was a super king (or bigger maybe). Electric shutters to the windows were an absolute blessing, which completely blocked out light to the room so you can sleep in. Service from front desk was great, friendly receptionist who is there 25 hours a day. Beds were comfy (firm) and there was 5 mirrors in the room so easy to get ready. You can see a lot of effort has been put into the interior design of the rooms, which is reflected in the lighting, fixtures and fittings and flooring. Extra luxury touches like the ghd hairdryer was greatly appreciated as I didn’t have room in my luggage to bring a hairdryer and usually hotel hairdryers are useless frizz machines. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. Location was fab, really close to the metro, the Spanish steps and lots of restaurants and bars (we liked goody’s and hi-res both within walking distance). It definitely felt like the upmarket posh part of Rome in comparison to other areas and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Immediately outside the hotel was an office/ residential area so it was quiet but still had the convenience of accessing all the restaurants and bars.

The property is in a good suburb in Rome close to a metro station, 15 min walk to Prato and 25 min walk into the centre of Rome. The entrance to the hotel is up a small flight of stairs inside a courtyard/carpark. Inside the building is airy and full of light, with the main desk just inside the door. The property has a Michelin starred restaurant and is clean and simple and sophisticated in its decoration. The staff. The staff, especially those on the front desk, are excellent. I was looked after by everyone at the property and felt like I was coming home to a place where people were pleased to see me. Also the breakfast staff, chef and waitperson, made sure that I was looked after. All tolerated my attempts to speak a little Italian. This is a hotel I would stay at again.

Very easy place to be in for a week while attending a wedding in Rome. Luxurious but understated boutique hotel with very comfortable rooms. Double shower and balcony were unexpected treats. Staff friendly, attentive and appropriate at all times. The special breakfast experience was a civilised way to start each day. The lady who served us each day was impeccable and it's hard to imagine a better variety of local fresh food.. Location great - 3 minutes from Piazza del Popolo and away from noisy nightlife. It's not a chain hotel and it offers something unique, which for us was exactly what we wanted.

We LOVED the large jet tub! Honestly, that was one of the search criteria I had for a room. I knew we would be doing a LOT of walking and I wanted to have a hot tub to relax in each evening. Totally met our expectations! We also loved the Lavazza coffee machine in the room! They did a great job restocking the coffee pods and accessories. The location of the hotel was great, too. It was close enough to walk to everything we wanted to see, but far enough to be in a less busy part of town.

We've just returned from a whole company organised work trip. The trip was an incentive so it needed to be special. We loved the Tailor Suite. They were great. The staff were very very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel breakfast was great, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Everyone on the trip said the location is perfect for being able to visit the different parts of Rome.
